As the name of the post  “Andre-E-TeeJott Photo Manipulation in Adobe Photoshop” Andre is a model at Tee Jott. This post is about manipulation of André’s picture and give it a realistic and little cartoons look. This post you well learn to use Topaz Lab plugin used in adobe Photoshop. It helps to correct and balance the exposure of the image and the tones of color, further more you can quickly give HDR creative image effects to your creativity work in graphic, even more you can enhance the dynamic range of exposure control and also control the exposure control.

Stock Used:

• Model stock image
• Smoke Brush
• Topaz labs  plugin

 

Step: 1

Open the model in Adobe Photoshop use Pen Tool technique to trace object from background. You may use other source to trace / cut object.

But I am using Pen Tool Techniques because it’s a lot more accurate. When you’re dealing with high resolution images like this, try to subtract the subject from the background before scaling down the original image because you will be more accurate.

 

Step: 2

Here we create background with Gradient tool. First we set background color black (#000000) and foreground color Gray (#656464) and then use the gradient tool and select the radial gradient setting. Now draw the gradient drag from the center outwards to get a soft glow gradient the middle of canvas area.

 

Step: 3

I use a Photoshop plugin topaz labs which is found at topazlabs.com .it’s a bunch of topaz plugin with is creative and effective for your work, it helps to correct and balance the exposure of the image and the tones of color, further more you can quickly give HDR creative image effects to your creativity work in graphic, even more you can enhance the dynamic range of exposure control and also control the exposure control. For using these setting for the image you first go to the topaz website and download the plugins and install to use in adobe Photoshop.

Now come to our work, I use topaz lab plugin by going to toolbar  Filter >Topaz labs > and topaz Detail, when the window open go to presets, and feature enhancement and did the setting for the image shown below in image. Flow the step I have done to the image shown here.

 

 

Step: 4

After that step again go to topaz plugin and select Topaz Clean, from presets select cartooned in order to give a little cartoony look in the image shown below to flow

Step: 5

Now I’m used the Dodge/Burn tool on an isolated layer filled with 50% Gray on Overlay blending mode. Below you can see the areas that I dodged and burned.

 

 

Step: 6

Now we apply drop shadow and inner shadow effect on model layer. Open the layer style menu bay Double clicking next to the layer, then use the Drop shadow and Inner shadow setting below.

 

Drop Shadow:

• Blend Mode: Multiply.
• Opacity : 68%
• Angle:     120
• Distance:  0%
• Spread:  0%
• Size: 62 %

 

Inner Shadow:

• Blend Mode: Multiply.
• Opacity : 100%
• Angle:     120
• Distance:  28%
• Choke:  0%
• Size: 125 %

 

After apply Drop shadow and Inner shadow we get this result

 

Step: 7

In this step create motion effect on model layer. Create duplicate of original model image and go to filter menu Blur > Motion Blur

• Angle: 45
• Distance: 247

 

Here we also create duplicate layer of original model image and apply setting blew.

• Angle: -45
• Distance: 247

 

 

After applying motion blur we get this image.

 

 

Step: 8

Here we simply use smoke brush.  You can see placing of smoke layer in the image below.

 

 

Final image
